Perfect image control for professional results

The LCD monitor by walimex pro makes it easier for you to check images when filming with your DSLR or video camera and thus enables professional results. An optionally mountable lens hood, the high brightness and the high contrast ensure an excellent view on the display even in direct sunlight. With a display diagonal of 17.8cm (7 inches) and a resolution of max. 1024x600 pixels, the monitor shows a clear and detailed image. It supports the Full HD signal. The large viewing angle also allows several people to view the monitor.

Extensive functions with freely assignable function keys

The monitor is equipped with numerous functions that make it ideal for professional photography and filming. The peaking function marks all sharp edges in red, making it easier to control sharpness . The 1:1 pixel mapping function allows you to change the monitor resolution to the resolution of the camera, so that the view is displayed true to the camera . The false colour function is used to control the exposure. Areas of different brightness are displayed in different colours, allowing you to quickly identify underexposed and overexposed areas. The exposure function marks the overexposed image areas and thus also serves as an exposure control. 5D II mode allows you to switch to output resolution in the recording mode of EOS cameras, avoiding any interruption when starting to record video. The Check Field function reduces the display to monochromatic or to the red, green or blue channel. Freeze Input allows for precise observation in a still image. Aspect Ratio allows you to switch the image format between 16:9, 4:3 and full screen. In addition, the following functions are available: centre marker (crosshairs), underscan, H/V delay, colour bar, screen marker, zoom (4x), exposure and histogram. The device has four function buttons that you can freely assign according to your needs.

Including battery for use on location

The matching battery for operating the monitor is included. This means you can start immediately and are not dependent on an external power supply. This enables you to work on location and makes you more mobile and flexible in your work.
