  Glare From LED Lights and Eye Damage
  
• A camera flash can damage your retina and, in some cases, cause blindness. Therefore, it is recommended that people and animals do not stand too close to a camera when the flash is on.
  
• If people or animals look directly into an LED light source, the optical radiation from LED light pockets can dazzle your eyes and result in afterimages. This may cause accidents or damage to your eyes.
  
• Make sure to keep a distance of at least 2 metres when taking photos of small children and babies and use a flash with a low output. Use a camera flash diffuser to reduce the light intensity.
  Preventing Burns and Injuries
  
• Be careful not to trap or injure yourself when using this device or other camera accessories, such as a tripod.
  
• Make sure that you always assemble any camera equipment properly so that it does not fall over.
  
• Make sure that there are no loose screws.
  
• Do not cover the LED softbox and keep it away from flammable objects.
  Risk of Electric Shock and Fire Due to a Short Circuit
  A short circuit can be caused by defective cables and water damage.
  
• Only use the original cables that come with the device.
  
• Only use the device indoors and in a dry room.
  
• Disconnect the device from the mains when it is not in use and during maintenance and if you are assembling/disassembling it. The device will need to be unplugged from the main power supply. Also remove the flash after disconnecting it from the power supply.
  
• In case of any damage to your device, it is advised to have it checked by a qualified electrician before switching it back on.
  
• If your device is damaged, broken, or if you notice a burning smell:
  o Disconnect the device immediately by unplugging it and do not try to plug it back in.
  o Do not dismantle or try to repair the device.
  o Never try to repair the device yourself. If the device needs repairing, then this should only be done by a qualified electrician.
  
• Check your local power supply and the amount of power needed to use the device. (Charges for peak loads may occur.)
  Risk of Burns
  
• The modelling (LED) lamp and the flash tube can reach temperatures of up to 240 °C, the reflector can get up to 75 °C, and the flash housing up to 45 °C. Allow the device to cool down completely before carrying out any repair work and trying to assemble/disassemble it. Highly flammable materials may start to burn if they get too close to a hot part of the device.
