Product information "Walimex pro ND Fader 77mm +2 to +8 Stops"
ND filters allow the continuous adjustment of the amount of light that hits the chip. Two graduated filters placed one above the other can be individually overlaid by turning. This makes it possible to reduce the amount of light by +2 to +8 f-stops. This reduction is useful in various applications. For example, a longer exposure time can lead to flow effects in moving water or, in bright surroundings, you can work with an open aperture and a longer shutter speed. Contrasts are not influenced by the filter. This makes constantly changing various filters unnecessary.
Excellent workmanship
The ND Fader has excellent optical properties. The high-quality filter glasses are embedded in a precisely manufactured metal frame. The filter has an additional internal thread that allows further filters to be used. The ND filter is supplied in a protective cover to protect it from scratches and dirt.
