The Walimex pro Matte Box Sunshade Director II is an indispensable camera accessory for professional video production with DSLRs and mirrorless cameras. The sunshade will prevent unwanted light incidence whilst reducing any reflections on the camera lens. You can adjust the three flaps, which gives you maximum control over the lighting. This also enables you to take photos with wide-angle lenses.
360° Rotatable Filter Slots
The matte box has two filter inserts, both of which can be rotated up to 360°. These enable you to use 4x4 and 4x5.6 filters. The filter slots can be securely locked into place. This matte box comes with two filter frames with internal dimensions of 9.6 x 9.6 cm, which make it easier to use different filters. The matte box is an important tool for creative photography and video production.
Quick and Easy Camera Lens Change
Thanks to the built-in folding mechanism, the front cover on the matte box can be folded away to the side. This enables you to quickly and easily change camera lenses, which is ideal for different types of photoshoots.
Compatible with a Wide Range of DSLR Rigs
The matte box is compatible with all DSLR rigs that use 15 mm round rods and have a width of 6 cm. It can be simply slid onto the round rods on the camera rig and secured into place. You can adjust the height of the matte box, depending on what type of camera lens you want to use. In addition, the four neoprene rings are suitable for lens diameters from 49 to 100 mm, and they also prevent light incidence.
