Impressive stability thanks to all-aluminium design

The Walimex pro EI-717 Pro 133 has all the components and tripod elements made of
a high-strength aluminium alloy. The double aluminium legs in the 2-2-1 system, in combination with the
tripod mid-level spreader, ensure very good stability. The leg angles and the height of the tripod legs are
adjustable from 64 to 133 cm. The particularly large footprint with a maximum
diameter of 126 cm makes this video tripod extremely safe and stable. An
aluminium centre column ensures additional stability even under heavy loads and
adverse weather conditions. This
ensures superior performance even when the maximum load capacity of 6
kg is used.

Professional features and extensive equipment for high comfort

Stability, comfort and durability are very important basics for a video tripod. The solid all-aluminium design of the EI-717 in all its components makes the tripod robust
and stable. Many helpful and practical details of the EI-717 Pro 133 make it
even more fun to use. After loosening the large
aluminium twist locks, the tripod legs automatically (by
gravity) extend completely. Thanks to a
self-retracting strap, the tripod legs can be comfortably and securely
tied together, making it super easy and reliable to stow them in the supplied
transport bag. The extensive range of features ex works includes a
second quick-release plate and two extendable swivel arms.

Fluid video panhead with large and adjustable damping
Smooth, controlled movements without jerking are
a matter of course with the EI-717 Pro
thanks to clean, adjustable fluid damping. Realise soft, cleanly damped 360°
panoramic pannings on the horizontal plane thanks to the fluid tripod head. The particularly wide tilt range
of +95° to -80° makes vertical shots a limitless pleasure.
The tilt resistance can be infinitely adjusted and thus adapted to
your equipment and preferences.

Precise 60 mm half-shell system and convenient
double swivel arm system
The video panhead of the EI-717 Pro is
equipped with a 60 mm half shell system for precise and quick adjustment of the tripod head. The CNC-milled elements of the half shell are manufactured for a precise fit
and ensure millimetre-accurate precision when adjusting and filming. A
bubble level on the tripod head also makes adjustment easier for you.
Two pan bar arms are included in the scope of delivery. Depending on your preference, you can
mount the pan bar arms on the right, left or even on both sides. The
pan bar arms are made of aluminium and can be extended from 38 to
59 cm.

Large quick-release plate as standard, 1/4 and 3/8 inch connection.
The tripod
already has a large quick-release plate with the dimensions 80x60x11
mm ex works. This makes changing your equipment quick and convenient. Large,
easy-to-use and reliable locks and a
drop guard ensure that your equipment is held securely in the tripod head. Your
equipment can be mounted using either a 1/4-inch or 3/8-inch mounting screw.

High-quality, padded bag included
The
extensive range of features ex works also includes a high-quality, thickly padded
transport bag. The padding protects against knocks and 2 straps inside
secure the tripod against slipping. This means that the EI-717 Pro 133
video tripod is always safely stored and transported and can be
easily taken to the next set.

  Risk of Injury Due to Improper Use
  
• Be careful not to trap your fingers in the struts on the tripod legs when folding your tripod.
  
• Please note that lamp tripods must be set up on a sufficiently strong, level surface to ensure maximum stability and load-bearing capacity.
  
• Carefully read through all the information regarding the tripod’s maximum load capacity.
  
• Please note that the specified load capacity applies to any equipment that is placed in the middle of the tripod. The specified maximum load capacity is not applicable when the centre column is fully extended. When the centre column is fully extended this results in a reduced maximum load capacity and the tripod may not be as stable.
  
• When adjusting the centre column with mounted equipment, for your own safety and to protect the installed equipment, make sure that you hold the centre column with one hand while loosening the locks before loosening the tripod locks.
  
  
• Moisture can damage the parts on the middle column, and this may reduce the holding force and the parts on the centre column can start to slope downwards under heavy loads. Therefore, if necessary, dry the parts on the centre column with a soft, absorbent cloth (e.g. made of cotton).
  
• Tripod weight bags should only be used to secure your tripod.
  
• Using tripod castors:
  Always lock the castors into place when you are not moving your tripod.
  
  Please Follow the Following Safety Information When Using a Ball Head or Pan Tilt Head:
  
• When your camera equipment is screwed on, hold your device with one hand whilst unlocking the ball head or pan tilt head to prevent any possible damage to your camera equipment.
  
• Make sure that the quick-release plate is inserted correctly and not tilted. The locking knob needs to be in the furthest locking position to prevent your camera equipment from falling down.
  Using a Crank (Depends on Model)
  
• When using a crank, the locking screw on the centre column must always be loosened before adjusting the height of the centre column, otherwise you could damage the delicate pitch thread.
