  Loose parts that fall down may cause a fire or injuries. Camera equipment falling from properly attached devices, e.g. when mounting studio flash kits, can cause injuries.
  
• Make sure that your tripod is always securely assembled.
  
• Always lay cables so that nobody can trip over them.
  
• Make sure that no one sits or leans on the tripod or the device.
  
• The ceiling tripod’s maximum load capacity must not be exceeded.
  
• If you want to hang your tripod on the ceiling, you will need to make sure that the ceiling has an appropriate load-bearing capacity. Only use the heavy-duty ceiling anchors that come with the product or similar ones that can support heavy loads. Only solid ceilings, beams or trusses made of robust material such as concrete, metal, stone, or solid wood. These materials are ideal for ceiling anchors. Suspended and similar types of ceilings are unsuitable. It is best to ask a specialist before installing it. You will also need to seek advice or permission if the building is going to be or is already a listed building or it has any other type of special status.
  
• Ensure that the base plate is mounted completely horizontally.
  
• Be careful when adjusting the tripod that you do not injure your hands.
  
• Watch out for obstacles when extending or turning your tripod.
  
• Please note that moisture reduces the locks’ holding force. The centre column may start to slip under a heavy load. Therefore, if necessary, dry the parts on the centre column with a soft, absorbent cloth (e.g. made of cotton).
  
• Only adjust the centre column when the camera equipment has been securely fastened. Caution: This may damage your camera equipment and cause an injury.
  
• Make sure to check the lock that it is secure and tighten it with an appropriate tool (not included) if necessary. The centre column can only be removed by completely dismantling the catch. However, you do not need to fully loosen the screw for this.
  
• Do not use the tripod as a wall mount. The bracket is not designed for leverage purposes.
