Specially developed for the Olympus OM-D camera, the system adapts 100% to your system camera. The camera is simply attached to the cage using a 1/4-inch thread.

Maximum flexibility in use

Thanks to a variety of 1/4-inch threads, a wide range of accessories such as microphones or LED lights can be attached as you like. Additional flexibility in use is provided by the adjustable handle supplied, which can be mounted on the top, bottom or side as required. This also makes it possible to film at ground level. Of course, you can also mount Aptaris on a tripod. In any case, access to the battery compartment, memory card, etc. remains unrestricted.

Many expansion and combination options

Aptaris is a system. Therefore, you can expand the cage with a wide range of accessories, such as the Aptaris rod module (#19742) or the shoulder rest module (#19901). The rod module offers you plenty of space for attaching additional accessories, such as a follow focus or a matte box. With a diameter of 15 mm, the rods comply with the LWS industry standard, so that they can be combined with all standard accessories. Thanks to the quick-change plate supplied, the rod module can be very easily attached to the Aptaris system by means of a sliding mechanism. With the Aptaris shoulder support module, you can conjure up a complete rig from the cage with just a few simple steps – for even more flexibility, especially when on location. Of course, you can also expand Aptaris at any time, for example with additional flash shoe adapters or a separate L-bracket and other equipment.
