Product information "Walimex pro 3-fold background system 145-290cm I for up to 3 screens made of paper & fabric I stable photo background system for studio & mobile I for photography, video & green screen I"
This background system has been specially developed for studio professionals to enable them to change different backgrounds quickly and conveniently. It consists of two tripods and three background rods on which either fabric backgrounds or background paper rolls can be attached. The variable width of the background system allows you to respond specifically and individually to requirements on location. Practical: the option of attaching three backgrounds at once makes you even more flexible and saves a lot of time. The two tripods provide a stable and excellent stand. The carrying bag included in the set is not only suitable for the background system, but of course for all tripods up to a maximum transport length of 100cm.

Carefully read through the instructions before using your product for the first time. The instructions include all the important information that you will need to know about the product in order to avoid injuries and damage to your possessions or property.
Risk of Injury When Loosening Pretensioned Parts!
The springs on centre column are pretensioned when they are delivered. WARNING! When opening the tripod locks, make sure to keep enough distance from the top end of the tripod and do not lean over the tripod.
So that the tripod can be packaged and delivered, the fitted spring damps are pushed slightly together and then locked into place. When opening the locking clamps, the centre column parts can spring out up to 20 cm. This may cause injuries.
Risk of Injury Due to Improper Use
Be careful not to trap your fingers in the struts on the tripod legs when folding your tripod.
When installing a crossbar, make sure that it does not tip or fall off and injure anyone. Only fit the crossbar when it is correctly locked into place! Check that there are no loose screws each time you use a background support.
Only hang photography backdrops or decorative elements on the crossbar. Never stretch photography backdrops or decorative elements to create a tent or roof-like structure. This may cause the background support to tip over.
The crossbars must always be mounted horizontally and never at an angle!
Please note that lamp tripods must be set up on a sufficiently strong, level surface to ensure maximum stability and load-bearing capacity.
Please follow the safety information in the manual regarding the maximum load capacity for your tripod.
Please note that the specified load capacity applies to any equipment that is placed in the middle of the tripod. Depending on the equipment used, the maximum load capacity may differ from the specified maximum load.
You will need to equally balance out the weight if you are using a tripod lamp stand with a boom.
Please note that moisture can damage the parts on the middle column. This may reduce the holding force and the parts on the centre column can start to slope downwards when supporting heavy loads. Therefore, if necessary, dry the parts on the centre column with a soft, absorbent cloth (e.g. made of cotton).
After using your tripod for a long period of time, you may have to tighten the screws on the tripod clamps. Not enough tension reduces the maximum holding force of the tripod. Make sure that the clamps are tight, but do not tighten them too much. If the torque is too tight, the parts on the centre column may no longer be able to be extended properly.
If you need to change the height of the background support, this should be done once it has been assembled and ideally by two people. To adjust the height, you will need to adjust the stands alternately up to a maximum of 5 cm.
You should never try to move an assembled background support on your own. Carefully put it down after carrying it and make sure that it is not tilted or at an angle. You should dismantle the background support if you going to move or transport it.
When using heavy equipment, especially when the tripod has been fully extended, you may have to stabilise your tripod by adding weight to the legs. For this, we would recommend using special sandbags or tripod weights. These will ensure that your tripod is stable. You can also use safety ropes when using a tripod at different heights. They offer added stability for your tripod.
