The perfect solution for outdoor photographers

You were looking forward to the outdoor shoot, but then the rain put a damper on things. Photographing nature in the rain is anything but easy. On the one hand, you want to protect your camera and yourself from the rain, but on the other hand, you need both hands to take pictures. Conventional umbrellas are therefore impractical, and rainwear is uncomfortable for longer shoots because it leads to heat build-up and sweating. Now there is the perfect solution for this problem: the Swing handsfree is an absolutely innovative umbrella that allows you to continue to have both hands free to take pictures.

It is also ideal for hiking and trekking. The telescopic fibreglass shaft of the umbrella can be extended up to approx. 1 metre without steps and can thus be adapted to your height. It is simply attached at the top with clips to your backpack and at the bottom, for example, to your belt, belt loop or the waist belt of your backpack. If you are not using a backpack, there is a special walimex pro carrying frame for the swing handsfree, to which you can attach the umbrella. This gives the umbrella a firm hold, leaving you with both hands free and reliably protected from the rain thanks to the large diameter of approx. 114 cm. Thanks to its Teflon treatment, the rain simply rolls off. Depending on the wind direction, the umbrella can be positioned to the right or left.

Excellent workmanship

The umbrella also gets top marks for the material used and the workmanship: The canopy is made of extremely light and tear-resistant polyester fabric, while the frame is made of elastic and sturdy fibreglass. Since hardly any metal is used, the particularly lightweight umbrella is corrosion-resistant, a feature that pays off in the rain. Thanks to the continuously adjustable shaft and the ergonomic hard foam handle, it can easily be used as a conventional umbrella.
